The SFM Mentors is a company built by Stuart Ross and Jay Kubassek back in 2010 to help budding entrepreneurs and business owners.

Since then, they have helped thousands of people transition into the digital market space and build online businesses from scratch. When I first started with The SFM, I had a struggling martial arts school. I learned how to use online marketing strategies to attract new students.

I also learned how to sell digital products online – through a business model known as affiliate marketing.

The SFM also offer a digital business system which anyone can use to earn online through the selling of digital products. Affiliate marketing is one of the most popular online earning strategies. With affiliate marketing, you refer people to products and services online for a share of the profit.

Affiliate marketing is a great strategy if you want to build a business which gives you complete geographical freedom. It lets you work from anywhere from a laptop. All you need is an internet connection.

The one on one mentoring has been particularly helpful for me in building my online affiliate business for a number of reasons. Overcoming limiting thinking can be quite a battle when shifting from a physical business to an internet based business.

With a physical business, your business is limited to the location and size of premises. Traditional “bricks and mortar” businesses are also limited by their product and market reach; as well as things like staff and machinery. But with an online business, selling digital products, such limitations are very different.

You can easily bring the same limited thinking to a digital business as you’ve learned to bring to a bricks and mortar business.
